Typically, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Orders from customers who have selected "next day", "2-day", and "3-day" shipping take priority. All other orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. If you are ordering from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Papau New Guinea, or Japan please order from one of our international distributors in your local area.
* Each set of 10 Parent's Guides counts as one book. Parcel Post Air guarantees delivery within 2 weeks. UPS international guarantees delivery within 5 days. International orders are generally shipped within 48 hours if received by 12 noon ET, Monday-Friday. Our Guarantee/Returns Teaching Strategies guarantees your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) in sellable condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
