Teaching Strategies is here to help you. Your trust is important to us, so we aim to provide you with all the information you need to do business with us. ** If you select the purchase order option, you must first complete your order online. Then fax a copy of the order confirmation page and the actual purchase order to 301-634-0826 within FIVE (5) business days of placing your order. You must fax the purchase order within FIVE (5) business days or your order will be cancelled. Once we receive your purchase order, your order will be processed within 72 hours. Your order will not be processed until the purchase order is received.

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or purchase order only. If you are going to pay by purchase order, a copy must be included when you submit your order.

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, purchase order, or money order. All orders must be accompanied by payment.
Web Discounts
We offer a 15% discount on most, but not all, Teaching Strategies books ordered from our Web site. We do not offer the 15% discount on non-Teaching Strategies products. Other exclusions apply.
If an item receives a 15% discount, you will see below the item's price "Receives 15% Web discount at checkout."
From time to time, we make special offers to our customers, including coupons, special sales, and promotions. These special offers may not be combined with the Web discount on the same item.
Sales Tax
You are required to pay sales tax only if you are a resident of Illinois, Maryland, or North Carolina. If appropriate, sales tax will be added automatically to your online order.
Typically, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Orders from customers who have selected "next day", "2-day", and "3-day" shipping take priority. All other orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Parcel Post Air guarantees delivery within 2 weeks. UPS international guarantees delivery within 5 days. International orders are generally shipped within 48 hours if received by 12 noon ET, Monday-Friday.
Teaching Strategies guarantees your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order within 45 days of the shipment date, you may return the products in their original condition (unmarked, not damaged) for any reason, for a full refund (less shipping charges). However, all video and software sales are final. Teaching Strategies is not responsible for returned items that are lost or misdirected.
To return an item, please contact our Sales and Customers Solutions Team to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Packages received without a valid RA# are not guaranteed to be accepted and are subject to being returned to sender. The RA# will assist us with processing your return as quickly and accurately as possible and is the only way to ensure you will receive proper credit for your return. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
We incur shipping and handling costs on all shipments to customers. In the event that an order is cancelled or refused, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. If it is determined that a shipment was made in error on the part of Teaching Strategies, we will accept the return at our expense and credit your account or ship the proper product immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s).
