Our first priority at Teaching Strategies is to make ordering easy for you and your company. We've developed some unique features that make it so easy to order, you won't be able to resist.

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Impact Cards, or purchase order**.

**How do online purchase orders work?
If you select the purchase order (PO) option, you must first complete your order online. Then fax a copy of the order confirmation page and the actual purchase order to 301-634-0826 within FIVE (5) business days of placing your order, or it will be canceled. Once we receive your PO, your order will be processed within 72 hours. Your order will not be processed until the purchase order is received.

Web Site Membership Accounts

Throughout our site, you will find frequent reminders and invitations to join our community. When you join, you can enjoy access to our new "Members Only" content, downloads, and special offers, and you can use the expedited ordering process. That means you will only have to enter your address once. From then on, you just log in to the site, load up your cart, and click to complete your ordering.

When you make a purchase through our online bookshop, you will be offered the opportunity to establish a Web site account. You may complete your order without saving your contact information for future use or you may set up an account that is associated with your e-mail address and your unique password.  If you establish an account, you can save time when you place your next order by using your e-mail address and password to log in when you revisit the site.

We offer a 15% discount on all books ordered from our Web site.

From time to time, we make special offers to our customers, including coupons, special sales, and promotions. These special offers may not be combined with the Web discount on the same item.

Sales Tax

You are required to pay sales tax only if you are a resident of Illinois, Maryland, or North Carolina. If appropriate, sales tax will be added automatically to your online order.

Our Guarantee/Returns

Teaching Strategies guarantees your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) in sellable condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. However, all video and software sales are final. Teaching Strategies is not responsible for returned items that are lost or misdirected.
