Class Summary Worksheet for Preschool

This multi-part form, one element of The Creative Curriculum^® Developmental Continuum Assessment Toolkit for Ages 3 -5, is designed as a day-to-day working document. Teachers record preliminary assessments of Children's progress and track the class as a whole over the course of a year on each of the objectives. It allows teachers and administrators to view the progress of each class at a glance, and simplifies the process of entering data into our software application, CC-PORT (The Creative Curriculum Progress and Outcomes Reporting Tool).
